2nd rule for 10100 and 600 no one shall have a live stream that record's and saves for anyone to hear. This network is a freedom of speech network and we don't need people recording us for anyone to hear. Live stream that doesn't record on network events is ok. If you are going to do a live stream that records the event you need to make people aware of it before you start it. This is for all of our privacy and right to speak freely. If you don't understand then the door swings both ways. With all the other networks out there now rules can now be enforced. So if you don't know the 1st rule it's no apps are to be connected unless done by one of the networks admins. I do appreciate the California GMRS Network understanding of this.
